TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Preface

Bramble reserves the right to revise these General Terms & Conditions at any time. Any modifications are effective instantly upon posting. Continued use of the Site also constitutes that you agree to any revised Terms.

The Website

Bramble website bramble.ae (hereinafter the "Site") is published & operated by Bramble Inc whose registered office is located at P.O. Box 112555, Dubai, U.A.E.

 

The Site allows Bramble to offer all our perfumes (hereinafter the "Products") for sale to Net Users on the Site (referred to as "Users").

Products are intended solely for the personal use of the User and not any type of professional use.

Availability of Products

 

Products are offered within limits of available stocks. Bramble doesn’t guarantee availability of Products presented on the Site. Purchaser shall be informed of any Product availability as early as possible. The Purchaser shall be duly notified of this information via email prior to delivery & following validation of the order. 
Bramble will then arrange to deduct the sales price(s) of unavailable Product(s) from the actual amount withdrawn from the bank account of the Purchaser.  


Bramble incurs no liability for any ‘out of stock’ or unavailable Products.

 

Return and Refund

 

If you do not want one or more of products you ordered, you can choose to return it/them (in the original packaging) within 30 days of receiving.

To return the unwanted product(s), follow the 3 steps:

1.      Send back the product in its entirety & in its original packaging. Only products returned in their original state (with cellophane still wrapped on the item) will be accepted & refunded.

2.      Remember to attach a completed return form and a copy of the invoice to the package.

3.      Return the package to the address given below:

Provided the wrong product is sent or items are faulty, contact our customer services by e-mail or by phone (See our contact page).

 

If the return is owing to a mistake on our part, you have to contact our customer service that will send you a prepaid label on “the condition of proof”. If our product fails to satisfy you, return costs become your responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

Bramble is only bound by an obligation of means. The Buyer is the only judge of how suitable & appropriate the articles she or he orders are to her/his needs and use. 

Bramble cannot be held accountable for any use of Products that are not in compliance with your intended purpose.  


Bramble does not warrant the Site will be available to you on a permanent basis, without any temporary interruption, suspension or error.  


Without restricting the scope of other provisions of General Terms & Conditions for Sale, Bramble’s liability can be held against it only in case of proven fault exclusively attributable to it. And, in any event, it shall be solely restricted to direct damages. 


Bramble reserves the right to suspend the Site’s operation any time without prior notice.
